About this file

This is a pricing template spreadsheet containing two bid schedules - one for furniture relocation services at Fort Mason Headquarters and another for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) services at Alcatraz Island.

The first schedule (GSA eBUY RFQ# 1716150) requires contractors to provide moving services, including relocation of furniture, equipment and supplies at Fort Mason Headquarters between September-December 2024. Pricing must be broken down by hourly rates for lead/supervisor staff, movers, drivers and other personnel, plus supplies including general supplies, forklift rental and miscellaneous items. The second schedule (RFQ# 140P8625Q0001) is for EMT services at Alcatraz Island for calendar year 2025, requiring 4,217 total hours of coverage with varying schedules (8-13 hour days) throughout the year, including 94 holiday hours across 9 federal holidays. Both schedules require unit pricing and total costs, with quotes valid for 60 days. The work is for the National Park Service's Golden Gate National Recreation Area in San Francisco.
