RORI CARPET REPLACEMENT RFIs
1. Could you confirm whether our labor schedule should be restricted to Mondays and Tuesdays only, or if there is flexibility to work on additional days to expedite the completion of the project within the 14-day performance period?
a. Contractors are allowed to work Monday-Friday. By the time this project is underway, the site may be open 7 days a week.
2. The documents indicate that the padding, along with tack strips, is also to be replaced. Could you verify if these details are correct?
a. The only room with padding and tack strips is the room on the main floor, pictures provided in amendment 0002.
