Questions and Answers

1. Is there a map that can be provided of the worksite?

a. Answer: No.

2. Can the NPS provide a revised bid sheet with a breakdown for pricing based on the “R” rating?

a. Answer: No, the NPS will not provide a revised bid sheet. However, offerors are required to submit a quote with a breakdown of costs which includes the pricing factors shown on the Quote/Pricing Sheet.

3. Is the provided bid sheet required to be submitted or can we submit our own?

a. Answer: Although not required, the Quote/Pricing Sheet may be submitted in addition to the offeror’s quote to ensure that all pricing factors have been addressed.

4. What is the exact determined wage rate for this project?

a. Answer: The initial wage determination (Attachment 4, DOL Wage Determination) provided in the RFQ was incorrect. Attachment “Revised DOL Wage Determination” replaces the original.

A total of 4 questions were received by June 22, 2021 during the site visit and in response to this

RFQ.
