Questions and NPS Responses:

1. To replace the breaker in the main gear, can we do a shut down during normal business hours, or would this be after hours?

NPS Response: Either would be acceptable to NPS with advance notification. Any shutdown during normal business hours will need to be scheduled in advance and approved through park management. Night work may be performed only with prior consent of the CO with concurrence by park management.

2. The feed for panel "D" is bottom fed, and for a new panel new conduit will have to be installed, do we have access above the ceiling to run new conduit back to the main switchgear?

NPS Response: Yes, access is available.

3. Will we be able to work during normal business hours, or will we have to work after the visitor's center is closed?

NPS Response: All service interrupted work can take place during business hours, with all service interruptions being coordinated and scheduled in advance and approved through park management.

Night work may be requested by the Contractor but may only be performed with prior consent of the

CO with concurrence by park management.
