Answer to Questions for Solicitation #140P8322Q0015

This document answers questions and provides clarifications based on submitted queries.

1. It looks like there are approximately 14 trees to be worked on in the cemetery. (1) We cannot drive through the cemetery, correct? (2) Will the trinkets around the gravesites be removed prior to us working on those trees?

Answer: The cemetery trees are not part of the project

2. Are we supposed to wait during a specific time to not interrupt birds and nesting?

Answer: No specific time, but if the birds are nesting contact the COR(Contracting Officer Representative) for further guidance.

3. What is the approximate start date?

Answer: The Service should begin in late March

4. There are two dead birch trees in the outlined map as well as a split maple tree that leans over the walkway going to the bathroom. We don't feel comfortable trimming dead trees, as it is hazardous. What if one of the 160 trees is dead and is being requested to trim?

Answer: No trimming will be made to dead trees.

5. Not all of the trees are marked, will someone mark all of the trees before the start of the project?
