About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation #140P6426Q0053, Amendment #P00001, concerning Wastewater Treatment Plant Testing for BUFF. The document addresses three key inquiries submitted on 4/15/26 regarding laboratory responsibilities and operational requirements.

The primary clarifications establish that the selected laboratory will be responsible for all sample collection activities performed onsite, and pricing proposals must include costs for both onsite sampling and laboratory analysis. Sample collection responsibility rests entirely with the laboratory contractor. Results turnaround time is specified as 8 to 12 days under normal circumstances; however, if analytical results flag values exceeding regulatory limits that constitute violations, expedited reporting is required to occur sooner than the standard timeframe. The document contains nine additional question slots that remain unfilled, suggesting this is an interim Q&A release with potential for additional clarifications.
