About this file
This document is a contract amendment for Solicitation 140P6224Q0007, which is a request for quotes (RFQ) for backflow repair and replacement services at Gateway Arch National Park in St. Louis, MO.
The amendment makes two changes: 1) it corrects the FAR clause reference to state the solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses from FAR Circular 2024-03 instead of 2024-05, and 2) it adds FAR 52.204-24, the Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment provision. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 for Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Quotes are due by April 3, 2024 and the period of performance is 30 days starting in mid-April 2024. Award will be based on price and prior relevant experience. The government is requiring use of the Invoice Processing Platform for electronic invoicing.
