SCOPE OF WORK
MONTHY ELEVATOR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
BROWN V. BOARD OF EDUCATION NATIONAL HISTORICAL PARK

WITH OPTION YEARS
FY25, FY26, FY27, FY28
Project:
This work is to be performed monthly on the Schindler 330A Hydraulic Passenger Elevator and various components of the elevator system.
Scope of Work:
Preventative maintenance to include:
Routine Maintenance and inspection of:
| 1. Machine Room |
| 2. Door Group |
| 3. Cab Group |
| 4. Cartop/Pit/Hoistway Group |
| 5. Yearly Safety Inspection |
A response time of no more than one hour for emergency passenger entrapment A response time of no more than 48 hours for emergency repairs.
Monthly routine maintenance and yearly safety inspection results will be recorded and provided to the park.
Guarantee all work to be performed according to specifications of manufacturer.
