About this file

This document contains responses from the National Park Service (NPS) to contractor questions regarding solicitation number 140P6023Q0061 for transcribing audio and video recordings. The NPS requires speakers' names to be transcribed and will onboard the selected contractor via a file share system or by mailing files on a hard drive. One-minute interval time stamps throughout media are acceptable. The NPS has a central department for accessibility services but no intranet for approved vendor information. No additional technologies or non-English services are needed. Current providers and pricing are not applicable as this is the NPS's first solicitation for these services.
