About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) attachment for Solicitation No. 140P5425Q0042, dated September 4, 2025. The Q&A provides clarification on two key operational details for what appears to be an artwork conservation project in national parks. Specifically, the working hours are defined as 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM when working at Everglades, with an additional 2-hour travel time noted for work at the Big Cypress site. Regarding weekend work, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) indicates that on-site conservation work is not permitted on weekends, but off-site work in the vendor's studio is allowed.

Attachment 0003 – Questions & Answers Solicitation No.: 140P5425Q0042

Date: September 4, 2025

Q1: What are the working hours for the site visits and work?

A1 (COR): 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM if at Everglades. If the site is Big Cypress, COR will need 2 hours to arrive there since they will be driving from Everglades.

Q2: Is work able to be done on weekends?

A2 (COR): Not if the conservation work is identified as being able to be completed on site in the park. If the artwork conservation task is identified as needing to be taken off site (to the vendor’s own studio), then yes, it may be completed on weekends.
