Replace HVAC System at El Morro Bunker

1. What is the final location of the Air Handler? It was mentioned during the walkthrough that one AHU will have a new location.

One condenser unit will be in the first exterior casemate under the bridge closest to the fort.

2. Can the government provide previous drawings/as-builts of the existing HVAC system that show the details including ductwork?

Not available

3. Does the government have a preference for brand/manufacturer?

Condenser unit must be as close to a SEER 22 rating as possible. No preference on brand name or manufacturer, but must meet the requirements of the statement of work.

4. Does the contract include integration into BAS or does each of the systems need to be controlled locally with a Thermostat?

Each unit has its own individual thermostat.
