Question #1: Attachment 1, SOW Item 1-7 Reference Standards, D states that contractors are to use Temporary Traffic Control Devices (TTC) in accordance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD). During the site investigation, it was noted that the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument Administration and Facility Operations Building would most likely be fully operational during the demolition and the resurfacing operations, requiring the contractor to split their work into multiple phases. Will a required percentage of the parking lot, and/or specific amount of parking spaces, be required to remain open at all times during this project? If so, what percentage?

Answer: Requesting (2) spaces available for deliveries.

Answer: Yes

Question #3: Are the existing painted curbs to be prepped and be repainted?

Answer: No other symbols required. Just one ADA Marking Symbol

Question #6: Currently, tree roots and landscaping growth are preventing proper drainage, and causing current ponding issues, in many areas of the parking lot. Under this contract, is the offeror responsible for storm water runoff /drainage in the parking lot area that is currently pitched in the direction of the fort?

Answer: The two spaces that are mentioned, pitch needs to be slightly sloped towards the grass area.

Question #7: The 1442 lists Line Item 00010 as “Resurface Parking Lot per attached,” and Line Item 00020 as “Additive: Resurface Employee Lot, Rte. 0904 OPTIONAL.” Solicitation page 6 of 31, Section B – Supplies or Services and Price Cost, lists Line Item 0010 as “Replace Floating Dock,” and Line Item 0020 as “Resurface Employee Lot. Rte. 0904 (Optional).” If the offeror is to use Section B to list our prices, please confirm; also please confirm that the line items are as listed on the 1442.

Answer: That is a typo. That should have read as shown below. Simply put your pricing on the SF 1442
