PAINT/REPAIR OREGON INLET FISHING CENTER

Question and Answer

1. Question: I understand the contract states the contractor is required at no additional cost to the government to obtain any permits. It has been our previous experience from previous contracts that government property does not fall under any jurisdiction of any state or local municipalities due to the land being owned and located on federal property, therefore there are no local jurisdictions to obtain permits from. Can you please confirm.

Answer: no permits are required
