Questions and Answers

Question 1. The scope of work states:

“Make any needed repairs to the fire alarm systems and make fully operational in all four (4) SEMO buildings. All recommended repairs shall be submitted to the CO & COR for approval prior to performing repairs.”

But the CLIN 00040 is for TUIN, there is no CLIN for SEMO. Please clarify.

“Repair and replace inoperable/obsolete fire system equipment at four (4) TUIN buildings: The Curatorial Building, the Maintenance Shop, the Headquarters Building, and the Booker T. Washington Home.”

Answer: Revised Bid Schedule provided as attachment 0007.

Question 2. Will the repair CLIN be filled in by the Government upon award?

Answer: The Government will not provide any price/cost information, interested parties must provide all proposed cost/price for this CLIN/Item. A site visit was offered for all interested parties to view and inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance.
