Answer: NFPA 25 (Latest Edition)

8) Will the contractor have access to secure storage/staging areas on site for materials and equipment?
Answer: Yes
9) For the option line items (00020–00060), should pricing include all labor, materials, and disposal costs, or will the Government provide any support (e.g., dumpsters, hazardous waste handling)?

10) Is the Government able to provide more detail or specifications for the diesel storage tank removal/replacement (Option 5)? For example, size, age, or known contents? To clarify during the site walk it was mentioned that the diesel tank was just to be removed NOT replaced? Is this true and correct or is a replacement required per the sow?

Answer: Yes, Form AIA Document G702 for SOV. Yes, daily logs will be required, and the government will provide the template.
12) Is there a preferred sequence for performing work at the various buildings for the base bid and applicable bid options, or can the contractor propose the most efficient phasing?
Answer: Not for the base bid, bid options have flexibility in phasing.
13) Are there any ongoing operations or events at the Visitor Center or other buildings that could impact the construction schedule?
Answer: Not at this time but it could occur. Notification would be given as soon as possible.
