About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the annual inspection requirements for park manlifts and table lifts at Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts. The inspection will cover six specific pieces of equipment, including an Upright AB38 Work Platform, JLG 41AM Single Man Lift, Ariel Platform Genie AWP-20S, Snorkel UK40 Push Around Mast Lift, JLG 1350SJP Telescopic Ultra Boom, and an Air Technical Industries ZLD5072E Zero-Low Lift Table. The contractor must complete all inspections within a consecutive two-day period and provide written inspection logs and estimates for any necessary repairs within five business days after the inspections.
The park requires the contractor to be knowledgeable in specific OSHA and ANSI standards, supply their own personal protective equipment, and follow strict security and safety protocols. Inspections will be conducted at various locations within the Filene Center, including the stage level, parking areas, and rear loading dock. The base year contract requires completion within 60 calendar days after award, with subsequent years' onsite tasks to be completed by April 30. All contractors must sign in with the Filene Center Guard, be in uniform or have photo ID, and ensure that all inspection areas are returned to their original state with any spills immediately cleaned up.
