QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Solicitation 140P3021R0020 – Hancock Renovation

1. Would you except an alternate type of metal building given lead times of 12 months for a conventional steel structure?

Answer: Yes.

2. Please specify the style and location of the stairs in the new building.

Answer: Stairs only as needed to access a framed loft or other interior storage space. Whatever works and keeps within scope.

3. Will the fence be cleared of all debris before demolition?

Answer: Yes, will need two weeks’ notice to allow for our staff to address.

4. There was mention of security cameras being installed on the walk, will this be the responsibility of the contractor or will they be installed after the work is performed by others?

Answer: Not the responsibility of contractor. Camera will be installed after work by others.
