About this file

This Statement of Work (SOW) details Esri's advisory and technical support services for the National Park Service's (NPS) enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Under a GSA Schedule and Enterprise License Agreement, Esri will provide two primary tasks: 1) A 12-month Advantage Program-Advisor Services offering to help NPS maximize its Esri technology investment, and 2) Up to 200 labor hours of consulting services supporting tactical geospatial strategy initiatives. The services will focus on technology, data, process, and people, including areas like ArcGIS Enterprise administration, data standards development, workflow automation, system integrations, cloud migration, and technical knowledge transfer.

The contract's base performance period is one year from the notice to proceed, with an option for one additional year at the government's discretion. While primarily a virtual engagement, any on-site work will occur at the Denver Federal Center. Deliverables include monthly business and technology updates, status reports, a one-day planning meeting, work and training plans, access to quarterly technology webcasts, and ongoing support for implementing and improving NPS's geospatial capabilities across its more than 5,000 staff members.
