The procurement will utilize a two-phase selection process, with the initial phase evaluating offeror qualifications and technical approach, and the second phase incorporating price and more detailed design concepts. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Phase one proposals are due June 6th, 2022, with phase two commencing in July and an anticipated award by September 2022.
