Questions and Government Responses listed below:
Question # Question Answer/Response
1. Line one of the price sheet reads as follows:
Tahoe or Aged Cedar 4pc 5"-7"-12"-22" bundles (Divinci Tahoe/Brava Aged Cedar name brand or equal)
The specifications read as follows:
Provide shingles factory blended in multiple colors and widths.
• Roofing Material Minimum Requirements:
• Multi width 9-8-7-6-4 widths inches
Please verify which shake widths are required to be included in each bundle of the field shakes.
22inch is the length this does not change.
The Verity of widths in random width bundles from Divinci and Bravada is determined by the manufacture, and this is acceptable.
2. Would we be able to get an actual address or coordinates of the building these materials are going to be installed on?
Facets of the roof like valleys and dormers play a role in calculating the waste factor for these materials and we want to make sure that we account for the appropriate quantities to avoid delays and a ensure a successful project.
This is a supply buy, the Park determined the required bundles for this project, please provide the quantities listed in the bid sheet.
The delivery address is Supply Center 22 Stable Street Yellowstone
WY 82190
