Software is A -B Rockwell.

2. What is being controlled at the water treatment plant?

Right now, the plant is running half manually (intake pumps, chem -feed, flow pump on contact basin). Then entire plant is supposed to be run by the SCADA software controls at HMI 1 and 2. From the intake pumps to the CL17 machine.

3. Do you happen to know the brand of PLCs and the SCADA/HMI software being used?

Allen Bradley CompactLogix PLCs

4. Do you have any drawings/documents/O&M manuals on your current system?

Yes, we have located drawings and o&m manuals.

7. When was this system installed originally?

Plant was built and put into operation in 2016, February.

8. Do you have backups/copies of any/all SCADA/PLC/HMI/OIT code?

According to our 100% design Technical Specifications, Yes.

9. Is this code documented in a concise manner (i.e.

english)?

English and assuming yes, a concise manner.

10. Do you have any documentation/drawings for the network?

No

11. What is your policy on outside laptops/hardware entering your facility?

No policy, outside laptops hardware are ok to be brought in.

12. Is there a "maintenance" laptop/computer at the facility to utilize in the event outside hardware can't be used or the software licensing isn't readily available?

Yes

13. Obviously any parts needed can't be determined from your RFP. How will billing be handled in the event there are components that need to be replaced?

The service would fall under the contract and any supplies would be bought via credit card up to our allowable amount for goods.

14. What SCADA/HMI system is it running? GE iFIX?

AVEVA/Wonderware InTouch?

AVEVA/Wonderware System Platform? Ignition?

17. Based on the SOW, when NPS refers to "would not operate correctly," does this mean that the OS and SCADA system loads, but the operations and functions are not as expected? Or does Operating System or SCADA system not run/can't load?

Both.
