Solicitation # 140P1521R0009; Amendment# 1 Questions and Answers from Site Visit held on July 1ST, 2021 at 10:00 AM Local Arizona Time
General
1. Question: Should the trenching for the fire suppression be considered a hard dig?
Answer: Soil conditions are unknown so consider it as hard dig.
2. Question: Will the "PEX" plumbing system be permitted in place of copper pipe?
Answer: No
3. Question: Will the tub be required to be removed along with ceramic shower tiles?
Answer: No, the tub plumbing can be accessed from the laundry room wall once the drywall is removed and the drywall does not go behind the tub. The shower plumbing can be access though the linen closet in the other bathroom. The drywall in the shower should not have any taped joints because of the tile surface. So removal of tile is not needed.
