Should the Bidder provide unit prices for removal recycle/disposal of 500 cubic yards of concrete debris, 30 cubic yards of asphalt debris and (3) 10' sections of culvert pipe identified in the Statement of Work? Or should the Bidder's price be lump sum inclusive of the entire scope of work?

2. Will the Bidders be required to maintain a level of dust control during field operations?
If so, is there an onsite water source for construction available for us to use?
*Yes, and there is a hydrant 150ft from the pile.
3. Should the Bidders include TERO taxes in their bid? This is a lump sum award and should include any applicable fees or taxes (but only as they apply).
*It is not believed TERO would be applicable.
NPS is federal agency issuing a small business contract for work where "key personnel" would be assumed applicable.
4. Will the Bidder's crew trucks and waste transportation trucks be required to purchase
Park Access Passes?
*No.
5. What is meant by ¿Travel Tickets¿? Is the
Bidder required to provide certified weight tickets for each truckload of waste removed from the site?
*Travel tickets will need to note the items removed from each load and signed by a park personnel before leaving, weight tickets at disposal site could be used in place of itemized load(s). These will need to also be furnished when submitting for payment.
6. Is the nearby NPS campground available to the
Bidder's crew for lodging?
*Any vendor bidding is required to obtain their own lodging and accommodations. The NPS campground is currently closed and not available for camping.
