About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0001) to Solicitation 140P1425Q0055 for Professional Arborist Services at Dinosaur National Monument in 2025. The amendment provides questions and answers about the contract and establishes site visit details. Key details include: the contract was previously awarded to Seven Trees under contract 140P1418P0165, and the current solicitation involves tree hazard mitigation services with an assessment/risk component. No exact number of trees to be serviced is specified, and vendors are directed to the Statement of Work for technical requirements.
The site visit is scheduled for 7/24/2025 at 10:00 am at the Split Mountain Campground in Dinosaur, CO 81610. Potential vendors must RSVP by 7/21/2025 at noon Mountain Time and submit any questions via email to Ryan Haselhuhn@nps.gov by 7/28/2025 at noon Mountain Time. The contract period of performance is from 08/15/2025 to 11/15/2025. The solicitation emphasizes that attendance at the site visit is not mandatory, and vendors cannot use non-attendance as an excuse for quote omissions or miscalculations.
