Question:

1. Please confirm that each of the 3 tasks below would be considered billable exclusions (tasks that would be billed in addition to the base contract price):

a. Parts Replacement – cost for hardware parts that fail during the contract period

b. Travel Expense – expenses associated with onsite parts dispatch or anything else that requires onsite assistance

c. Project Work – system additions/expansion, major software upgrades (ex/ software upgrade from CM6 to CM10, etc)

Park Response: Yes, A B and C are billable exclusions.
