About this file
This document contains an amendment to a solicitation for water system and recreational vehicle dump station renovations at the Burro Creek Campground. The Bureau of Land Management Arizona State Office seeks to replace water lines, repair the water tank to make it potable, and perform other renovations. The solicitation is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 237110 with a $39.5 million size standard. The amendment provides responses to contractor questions, clarifying that the campground will remain open during construction but some facilities may be restricted, contractors can stay in an RV space without fees, and fire protection and a generator are required. It also specifies construction details such as unpaved gravel roads, well water availability, and septic tank connections.
