About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document addressing inquiries related to solicitation 140L6226Q0008 for recreational site cleaning services at the Upper Green River and Warren Bridge Recreation Sites.
The document provides clarification on three key topics: incumbent contractor information, site utilities and access, and pre-quote site visit availability. The current incumbent contractor is William Moore, operating under a base contract plus four option years totaling $95,669.20. Regarding site infrastructure, water is available at Warren Bridge campground via EPA-monitored public water hydrants (requiring backflow preventers), but no water access exists at Upper Green sites. Neither location has electrical service. No site visits are permitted prior to quote submission; however, a map is included in the Statement of Work for reference. There are no known access limitations at either site. Offerors should direct additional questions to Contracting Officer Crystal Martinez at crystal_martinez@ios.doi.gov or 307-775-6336 prior to the solicitation closing date.
