Questions Addressed Solicitation: 140L6222R0005 WY Audio Metric Testing

1. How many hearing exams are to be conducted per month on average?

a. There is no testing per month. A set schedule will be worked out with Contract Officer Representative (COR) and Point of Contact (POC) to complete all testing during the month of May, 1-2 days at each location.

2. Does the Audiologist or Technicians have to be licensed in Wyoming?

a. No, the audiologist or technician does not have to be licensed in Wyoming. Please provide a copy of the license for the state you are licensed in.

3. If the mobile Audiologist is commuting from a neighboring state, will travel expenses be reimbursed?

a. Travel expenses should be included in the proposal submitted.
