140L5725Q0042 Q&A

1. Is there a specific delivery time window on or around July 11, or will the exact timing be coordinated after award? Exact timing will be coordinated post award with the

COR.

2. If delivery is slightly delayed by 1–2 days, would that affect contract eligibility? The quote should reflect expected delivery dates to be evaluated. The COR will have to determine if the timing will be an issue.

3. Should the quote separate the base 90-day and optional 30-day rental rates per item? Quote each line item accordingly as they are listed on the SF-1449. i.e. CLIN 00010 = $X/month x 3 months = $X

4. Are we allowed to include pricing contingencies in case a specific model is unavailable at the time of award (while still meeting all technical requirements)?

Quote what is expected to be delivered. Contracting Officer will confirm availability prior to award.

5. How will hours be tracked and reported during the rental period for routine service scheduling? The BLM will document hours/miles daily. The COR can email a daily report or preferably a weekly summary to the Contactor. Alternatively, the Contactor may provide a target hour/mile for required services and the COR will contact the Contractor when each piece of equipment is approaching their respective number.

6. Who will be the designated point of contact on-site for service coordination and reporting issues? POC will be identified at time of award along with contact information.
