About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation 140L5725Q0023, a catering services opportunity for the Bureau of Land Management at Camp Williams, Utah in 2025. The solicitation requires a contractor to provide meals for up to 45 firefighters, with key details including food service in a dining facility, vegetarian options, daily meal preparation and cleanup, and adherence to COVID-19 guidelines. Vendor requirements include having a valid ID for base access, being registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), and operating under NAICS Code 722320 with gross annual receipts under $9 million.

The Q&A clarifies specific logistical details such as no housing provided for staff, use of existing dining facility infrastructure, and meal preparation expectations. Vendors must be prepared to handle potential dietary restrictions, set up food service areas, and serve meals at designated times. The solicitation is structured as a firm fixed-price request for quote (RFQ), with all questions to be submitted by March 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM MST to the Contract Specialist Mark Renforth. Pricing will be based on federal per diem rates for Utah, and payment will be processed through the IPP.gov system.
