About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation #140L5725Q0015 regarding janitorial services at Bureau of Land Management (BLM) recreation sites. The document addresses eight vendor questions about site visits, contractor responsibilities, and facility conditions.

Key details include that the BLM will not conduct formal site visits though vendors can visit locations independently. Information about the current contractor and contract amount is not directly provided but can be found on fpds.gov using contract number 140L5722C0001. The contractor will be required to provide toilet paper (1-ply is acceptable) and bring water to most locations, as only Red Cliffs Campground and White Reef Trailhead have running water. The agency declined to disclose budget information or provide historical supply purchase data for estimating purposes.
