About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) solicitation regarding vault toilet pumping services in Utah. The document clarifies several key details about the contract requirements, including that the average size of the vault toilets is 1,000 gallons and that at Horse Thief Campground, 15 vault toilets need to be pumped 3 times per year (not 13 times as originally stated).

An important amendment is noted that revises the original SOW - the BLM will not provide a water truck, employee, or assistance with charging toilets as previously indicated. Bidders are instructed to refer to the amended RFQ with the revised SOW and Bid Schedule, and to sign and return Amendment SF30 with their quotes.
