About this file
This document is an Amendment 1 to a solicitation for the GAOA Warm Springs Stinkingwater Road Repairs project, issued by the BLM-Burns District Office in Oregon. The solicitation (No. 140L4325R0034) includes several key contract provisions: the contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed, complete the entire project within 184 days, and submit detailed reporting on services performed and subcontractor labor hours via www.sam.gov. The government reserves the option to increase the quantity of line items by written notice within 120 days, with delivery of added items continuing at the same rate as original contract items. The amendment outlines specific reporting requirements for the contractor, including submission of total dollar amounts invoiced, direct labor hours expended, and subcontractor data, with potential performance consequences for non-compliance.
