Vendor Q&A
1) Are there dumpsters at the sites to dispose of trash from cleaning, or does it fall upon the contractor to dispose of trash at the contractor’s expense?
a) Although some sites have dumpsters for contractors to use for disposal of trash specifically from the cleaning of the vault toilets, there is no guarantee that dumpsters will be available at all the sites at all times. Some sites are “pack it in – pack it out” sites, with no refuse containers on site.
2) Is this a new or a follow-on effort? If yes, can you provide the contractor’s name and contract number?
a) Previous contract: 140L0618C0041, Full Circle Property Management
3) Could you provide the square footage of the facility being cleaned?
a) The toilets being cleaned are all vault-style toilets, usually made by CXT or Romtec, either singular or double buildings.
b) Attachment 2 contains a list of estimated square footage per vault toilet.
4) Where can we find addresses for each of the facilities that need cleaning?
a) See Attachment 3: Additional Recreation Site information.
i) This includes links to the recreation site webpages where directions to the sites are listed.
b) See Attachment 4: North and South Recreation Site Maps
