About this file

This document provides details for a two-phase design-build project for a Bureau of Land Management River Operations Facility. The project includes architectural and engineering services for planning through construction documentation, as well as construction and commissioning of a new facility located at the Pumphouse Recreation Site in Grand County, Colorado. The estimated budget is between $500,000 to $1,000,000, with a period of performance from May 2022 to July 2023.

The solicitation will be set aside for a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Responses for phase one are due in March 2022, with phase two prices due in April 2022. A pre-bid conference was held in March to provide an overview and allow for questions. The selected contractor will be responsible for design development ensuring costs do not exceed budget, as well as all surveying, utility relocation, and construction.
