SOLICITATION QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Q1. Is there existing signage or BLM brand guidelines that these materials must adhere to?

A1. Yes, the monument is in the National Conservation Lands and the BLM and National Conservation Lands Visual System Guideline. Per the SOW all content created will adhere to BLM and National Conservation Lands Visual System Guidelines.

Those guidelines will be shared to the selected vendor, after contract award. The file is too large to share via email or through the solicitation and it is not available on a public facing website.

Q2. Looking through some photos online we did notice a sign and markers. Would these materials be replacing or enhancing those?

A2. These signs and trail markers in question are not part of this contract and will remain in place.

The contract is for new panels and signs for the new campground and a newly designated trail.
