Solicitation: 140L3921Q0063_02 NVSO Fire Billboards Questions and Answers
Q1: Is there an Incumbent for this requirement?
A1: No, while this requirement has been met in previous years, there is no expiring contact.
Q2: Is your acquisition strategy accepting SDVOSB or 8(a) firms?
A2: This solicitation is Unrestricted/Full and Open competition. All qualified vendors are eligible to bid on this requirement, but there is no set-asides.
Q3: Who will provide the content for the Billboards, the vendor, or the BLM?
A3: BLM will provide the content for the creation of the Billboards.
Q4: The attached fillable pdf copies input date to all the option years?
A4: Please see the new Bid Schedule attached to the solicitation amendment that will have to be printed and filled in.
Q5: Is there a minimum number of impressions for the Static and Digital Billboards?
A4: See below for an estimation on the minimum of impressions, per labeled numbers on SOW:
| #1 – #5: | 10,000 impressions monthly |
| #6 & #7 (I-15): | 160,000 impressions monthly |
#8 & #9 (Digital): 48,000 impressions monthly
Q6: Are the Option Years for pricing only, as no vendor can guarantee the availability outside of the awarded contact period of performance.
Q6: Yes, the option years part of the quote is only for pricing, so the government can plan for that cost in our budgets. We will send the winning vendor a “notice of intent” to exercise each option year 90-60 days prior to the beginning of that year’s period of performance.
