CONTRACTOR QUESTIONS GOVERNMENT RESPONSE

1. Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project?

1. This is a brand new project.

2. Will snags be cut up to 14 DBH also or only the live trees?

2. No snags need to be cut unless it is a safety hazard for the cutters and then it is acceptable. No dead material needs to be pilled.
