1) All Wells, except Hoffer - Construction shall not start before July 15, 2023.
2) McMullin Well 3 - The minimum acceptable yield to develop the well is 6 GPM, but must be supplemented with power to pump 24 hours to achieve supply required for existing pipeline. Target yield is 12 GPM at 145'. If water is found at 145', pilot hole should still be drilled to 185' to look for another producing zone to increase yield. All producing zones should be developed. The screens may be split to maximize length across alternating shale and sandstone. Construction shall cease prior to Dec 1, 2023.
3) McMullin Well 5- The minimum acceptable yield to develop the well is 5 GPM with solar power. Construction shall cease prior to Dec 1, 2023.
4) B & V Well- The minimum acceptable yield is 4 GPM powered by solar for 85 head in pasture. Target yield is 8 GPM at 230', powered by solar, to connect to existing pipeline. The screens may be split to maximize length across alternating shale and sandstone.
5) Redhill Well - The minimum acceptable yield to develop the well is 4 GPM. Drilling shall stop when 20 feet of solid shale is encountered. Construction shall cease prior to Dec 1, 2023.
6) Sheep Well - Minimum yield of 6 GPM preferred, develop well if yield is 3 GPM or greater at target depth. Any rate less than 6 GPM would require additional power to pump 24 hours to meet demand. The pilot hole should be drilled to 300' unless excessive water is found before max depth. This will be a redundant source for an existing pipeline. The screens may be split to maximize length across alternating shale and sandstone.
7) Hoffer Well - The minimum acceptable yield to develop the well is 3 GPM with solar power. The screens may be split to maximize length across alternating shale and sandstone.
8) No Water Well - Minimum yield of 8 GPM is preferred, develop well if yield is 3 GPM or greater at target depth. Any rate less than 8 GPM would require additional power to pump 24 hours to meet demand. Sufficient water should be found around 40 ft, but piolet hole should drill to max depth and all producing zones should be developed. For all producing zones to be developed, gravel is needed to fill the annulus from bottom of lowest producing zone to top of highest producing zone.
9) Cedars Well - The minimum acceptable yield is 3 GPM. This is the only well to be completed with 5" PVC. Even if sufficient water is found around a target elevation of 2430 ft, the pilot hole should be drilled to max depth and all producing zones should be developed. Construction sall cease prior to Dec 1, 2023.
10) Madden Well - Minimum yield required is 5 GPM. If water is not found at estimated depth, drill pilot hole to total depth of 355 ft for primary location and 325 ft for alternate location.
