140L1725Q0009 – Twin Pines Plumbing Estimate Q&A
Q: How will the contractor gain access to the housing unit and crawlspace to perform the required plumbing assessment?
A: The contractor will be granted access to the facility using the pin code to enter the facility interior. The crawlspace is accessible through the side skirting with removable panels.
Q: Will a government representative be on-site to provide access, or will the contractor need to coordinate directly with a designated contact?
A: A government rep would be available as needed to provide initial access to the crew. The facility is within a public neighborhood and the contractor can travel at will.
Q: Are there any site visit opportunities before submission, or will access be arranged only for the selected contractor?
A: We are willing to provide site visit opportunities before submission if this is legal to do. I would defer to our CO for guidance on if this is allowable.
