About this file

This document provides pre-bid questions and answers for the Painted Hand Site Improvements and Road Relocation project. The Bureau of Land Management received two questions from potential bidders. The first question asked if Missoula Precast or Boom Concrete toilets would be acceptable alternatives to the toilet specified in the project requirements. The answer stated that no alternatives would be allowed for the toilet specification. The second question asked if the project schedule could be extended for delivery of the precast toilet. The answer indicated that only the delivery and installation schedule for the precast toilet could be extended up to 120 days, and that the contractor must order the toilet immediately upon receiving the notice to proceed, but the remainder of the project must still be completed within the original schedule.
