1. Do the gutters stay intact?
Answer: Yes, the roofing job needs to be completed without removing or damaging the existing gutters. Gutter replacement is not part of this contract, and the existing gutters need to remain as they are.
2. Where can we place the dumpster for the roofing debris coming off the building?
Answer: The dumpster can be placed immediately adjacent to the house, as long as it is not damaging the native plant gardens or the trees. The southeast corner only has annual non-native grass growing next to the building and is easy to access from the driveway. This is the recommended location for the dumpster.
3. Do damaged facia boards need to be replaced?
Answer: Yes, the replacement of damaged facia boards is included in the government's estimate of needing to repair up to 20% of the substructure. If the facia boards are not damaged, they do not need to be replaced.
4. Please clarify the work hours.
Answer: Monday through Saturday between 6 am and 6 pm Pacific Time
