ResponseYes, during winter months heavy snows can make the site inaccessible, monsoonal rain can also limit access to the site. As stated in the SOW Proceed with work only when weather conditions are favorable. This includes limiting activities to periods when the soil and ground surface are not wet in order to avoid soil compaction and rutting.

Questions received via email Question 1 How accessible is the build site? Would truck and trailer have any issues getting material and equipment in?

Response Some portions of the fence can be accessed by a truck and trailer as weather permits. The main access is the winter road, which can be rough.
