About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal contract opportunity to remove produced liquids from onsite storage tanks for the Bureau of Land Management. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, labor, and supplies needed to transfer saltwater from the Government-supplied storage tanks to the contractor's own transport trailer. This must include pumps, a truck-mounted meter to measure fluid volumes removed, and a vacuum-capable saltwater disposal trailer or similar transport vehicle. The Government will provide access to the tanks and proper connections for contractor equipment, but the contractor is solely responsible for performance of liquid removal and transport services.
