Question: There are two different period of performances. Please clarify period of performance.

Answer: The period of performance will be one base year, starting at time of award and then four subsequent option years. The Base Year is anticipated to start around August 22, 2022 and end August 21, 2023.

Question: Schedule 2 requests a per acre calculated cost along with labor, travel and materials. What are you envisioning the per acre calculated cost would cover outside of the labor, travel and materials?

Please clarify.

Answer: The per acre cost is the total cost per acre for labor, travel and materials. Schedule 2 was revised to reflect this.

Question: Can you please provide information on how you are planning to use the per acre fee? Is it for comparison only or will it be used for future task orders?

Answer: This is the ceiling price of future task orders. The Offeror's pricing for competed task orders shall not exceed their proposed rates.

Question: You give only three options for rates, should those rates include any needed administrative or GIS time, which is always included in task order bids, or would you want rates for other team members that would be assisting on this IDIQ contract?

Answer: Yes, any administrative or GIS time should be included in pricing for the three rates.

Question: Can you please clarify the Field Tech 2 and the Field Tech/Crew Lead positions: the years’ experience between them seem switched. The Field Tech 2 requires 2 years’ experience, whereas the crew lead only requires 1.

Answer: Yes, the years of experience should be switched. See the revised terms and conditions.

Question: The Proposal Submittal requests a signed SF-1449, solicitation form; however, the solicitation form is listed as 1447. Please confirm the SF that needs to be submitted.
