About this file

This is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2) that offerors must complete as part of their proposal submission for the Custom Marine Trailer solicitation (140G0326Q0179) issued by the Department of the Interior US Geological Survey Office of Acquisitions and Grants.

The certificate requires offerors to certify that each end product is a domestic end product, except for those explicitly listed as foreign end products. Offerors must separately identify any foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic, and for non-iron/steel foreign products, indicate whether they contain more than 55% domestic content (or select "no" if the percentage is unknown), excluding Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) items. Additionally, offerors must list line item numbers for any domestic end products containing critical components, if applicable. The form provides designated sections for offerors to record foreign end products by line item number, country of origin, and domestic content percentage, as well as a separate section for listing domestic end products with critical components. The Government will evaluate all offers in accordance with the policies and procedures outlined in FAR Part 25.
