About this file
This is Standard Form 30, Amendment No. 0002 to Solicitation 140G0326Q0023, issued by the USGS OAG Sacramento Acquisition Branch on February 11, 2026, with an effective date of February 11, 2026. The amendment extends the solicitation due date to March 9, 2026.
The amendment revises Washington State contractor licensing requirements to align with exemptions under Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 18.27.090. Offerors must satisfy one of two alternatives: (1) be properly registered as a contractor in Washington State and submit a copy of applicable contractor registration with their quotation, or (2) demonstrate the capability and ability to mobilize personnel, equipment, and resources and perform required work at the project location within the required timeframe. The Government will review submitted documentation to determine whether the offeror is capable of performing required work and meeting project schedules. Failure to provide sufficient information demonstrating ability to perform work at the project location may result in the quotation being determined technically unacceptable. Questions regarding this amendment should be directed to Victor Nuno, Contracting Officer, at vnuno@usgs.gov.
