Standard equipped, slide-in 84” tall x 97” long camper. The bottom outside dimensions should be 40” wide, 27”high, and 97” long (no fore or aft wheel well cabinets). The camper shall be in compliance with Federal, State, and local recreational vehicle construction, electrical, gas, and safety codes with the following specifications/options:

• Fiberglass exterior.

• 26"x72" entry door with screen and dead bolt lock.

• Standard width and height with a full overhead storage compartment.

• Standard plastic laminate counter-top, both sides.

• 2 non-metalic sinks with drains to outside, no other plumbing.

• Roll out drawers, two on left side in front of sink, two on right side, one on each side of sink. Drawers and cabinet doors should have latch mechanism to avoid opening during travel.

• Overhead cabinets, 20 inches deep, both sides. 4 upward opening cabinet doors on right side with ceiling retainers, no cabinet doors on left side. Request that left side cabinets be reinforced to handle extra weight.

• 40" storage space on the right side of the camper by the entry door

• 40" polypropylene, or similar material, empty basin to the left with drain for well pump.

• Plastic pull knobs for all drawers and doors.

• Single basin (non-metallic) made of polypropylene or enamel coated, located as specified in drawing, on both left and right sides.

• 40” long polypropylene or similar material empty basin with 4inch lip located at back of camper on left side, with drain.

• 40” long cabinet on right side of camper.

• External access to under-basin area.

• Heavy duty connectors to external drain from basin (the current plastic is easily damaged by UV, we would like a more robust alternative if available).

• Standard sliding glass windows with screens, located on each side of the camper.

• One 18,000 BTU, minimum, catalytic furnace, with one 5-gallon L.P. tank with regulator.

• Four mounted electric Reico Titan jacks and jack plates.

• Two 120V AC outlets, outside, one on each side of camper.

• Six 12V DC outlets, inside, cigarette type, 2 under each overhead cabinet, each side and two in the overhead area, both left and right side.

• 8 12V DC LED lights, two under each overhead cabinet, 2 in hallway, and two in cabover.

• Two paralleled 12V 600 amp (+-) deep cycle RV batteries installed in the camper with the proper securing straps.

• Overhead vent with reversible fan

• Electrical system wired to operate using internal 12V DC or external 120V AC with 10 gauge wire.

• Install camper onto a USGS supplied pickup.

• Floors of a non-permeable material, overlapping up the sides of the walls for 3 inches and sealed to ensure no liquid materials are allowed to seep into or under any walls or flooring.

• Overhead, reversible electric fan in vent.

• There will be NO need for: mattresses or pads, windows in overhead, gas stove, ventilation hood, window curtains, or water tank.

• Outside marker lights on each side and rear of camper, 2 reverse lights mounted on rear of camper.
