14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION (Organized by UCF section headings, including solicitation/contract subject matter where feasible.)
The purpose of this amendment is to change the period of performance end date from
05/31/2025 to 10/31/2025 and provide answers to questions received.
Question 1: With the clamp arm the tool is lowered to depth, after the design time the delay fuse breaks and the tool is clamped into the well ready for recording. At the end of the survey the tool can be pulled up out of the well (it can only come up not down).
Question 2: With grouting the tool is lowered into the well and then permanently fixed into the well with the grout, it runs until it dies and is normally left in the well.
Answer to question 1 and 2: Neither, the tool is free in the borehole, which is deviated
