RFQ 140G0224Q0194

Solid Waste Services to Deliver Twenty (20), Ten (10) Ton Roll-Off Dumpsters and

Pick-Up/Dispose of Non-Hazardous Rock Core Material for USGS, Core Research

Center, Denver Federal Center, Colorado

1. Question #1:

“Would you know if this rock is loose or is it contained?”

USGS’s Response:

It is contained in sample bags and cardboard boxes.Which will also be disposed of.

2. Question #2:

"Will the dumpsters needed at the DFC be weighed on site? Or are there checks and balances in place that ensure the tonnage will not exceed the 10 ton allowance?"

USGS’s Response:

There are checks in place so we do not exceed the 10 ton allowance. We have a scale on site and will be weighing each pallet before we add it to the dumpster, ensuring we stop below the 10 ton limit.
